Three Day Venue Rental includes:
  • Guest Count up to 150.
  • Day 1 - 5 hour set up starting at 8am and finishing by 1pm. 
  • Day 2 - 14 hr Event Day. Vendor access starting at 9am. Outdoor music off by 10pm, guest shuttled off property by 10:30pm Friday and Saturday. Vendor off property by 12am, Sunday through Thursday outdoor music off by 9pm, and guest shuttled off property by 9:30pm. Vendors off property by 11pm. 
  • Day 3 - 5 hour strike starting at 8am and finishing by 1pm. 
  • 1 Night Bridal Suite accommodation included for the night of the event.

Ready to book?

No, there is no onsite parking. Valet service may be required for larger events, which can be coordinated through your planner. Ride-share and shuttle services are also encouraged for guest convenience. We highly recommend working with the shuttle company to secure parking for your vendors and guests. 

Is there on-site parking available for guests?

To maintain the quality of service and experience, we require catering, rentals, restrooms, and security to be pre-approved or selected from our preferred vendor list. Your full-service planner will assist in coordinating all vendors to align with our venue guidelines.

Are there any vendor restrictions?


Our venue rental includes access to the estate for your event, use of designated outdoor spaces, and standard 1 night accommodation. Additional rentals and services may be coordinated through your event planner. 

What is included in the venue rental?

To comply with local regulations, all amplified music must end by Sun-Thurs 9pm, Fri-Sat - 10pm, and all events must conclude by Sun-Thurs 9pm, Fri-Sat - 10pm. This helps us maintain a positive relationship with our community while ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests.

What are the venue’s noise ordinance and event timing restrictions?

Yes, we require all events to be planned and executed by a professional, full-service event planner. This ensures a seamless experience and allows us to maintain the highest level of service and organization.

Do you require a full service event planner to host an event at the Estate?
